Our mission is to provide students with an education that not only prepares them academically but also helps them develop integrity, responsibility, faith, and a love for their country.
Faith & Patriotism
At JMLearning, faith and patriotism are an important part of our classroom culture. Each morning begins with a student-led devotional, a discussion of current events, and the Pledge of Allegiance. These daily routines foster leadership, strengthen character, encourage critical thinking, and help students develop a love for God, respect for our country, and an appreciation for the world around them.
Classroom Culture
At JMLearning, we believe learning thrives in a positive, engaging environment. Students meet for one hour remote, Monday through Thursday. They receive direct teacher instruction in Math and Language Arts and are encouraged to actively participate, ask questions, and contribute to meaningful group discussions. Our classroom culture is built on respect, accountability, collaboration, and a shared commitment to learning. Through consistent participation and open dialogue, students develop confidence, critical thinking skills, and strong relationships with their peers and teachers.
Expectations
Student success begins with consistency and commitment. At JMLearning, students are expected to attend remote class daily, arrive prepared and on time, actively participate in discussions and activities, and complete assignments by their due dates. We encourage students to take ownership of their learning, demonstrate respect for their classmates and teachers, and put forth their best effort each day. By maintaining these expectations, students build strong academic habits and develop the skills needed for long-term success.
Field Trips & In-Person Activites
At JMLearning, learning extends beyond the classroom. Throughout the year, students have opportunities to participate in field trips and grade-level activities in Wickenburg that encourage hands-on learning, social connection, and real-world experiences. These events help build friendships, strengthen our classroom community, and create lasting memories while supporting students' academic and personal growth.
Graduation
JMLearning proudly celebrates student achievement with an in-person graduation ceremony held in Wickenburg. During this special event, graduating seniors are recognized for their hard work and accomplishments and receive their diploma surrounded by family, friends, and the JMLearning community
